Bench-Top Full HD Inspection System
The Optilia Bench-Top W30x-HD Inspection System HDMI is a Heavy duty and stable stand with precision ball-bearing XY movement, specially developed for mounting Optilia W30x high-definition inspection cameras on working benches. W30x camera can be moved smoothly and precisely along X- and Y-direction over a large area above the inspection object using this stand.
W30x-HD deploys cutting-edge High-definition live video technology and offers superior resolution, contrast and colour reproduction with its built-in 30x auto-focus zoom optics. This macro-inspection camera is ideal for visual examination and quality control of assembled boards, wires, connectors and similar objects. The large working distance of the W30x-HD optics makes it also suitable for repair and rework.
The XY bench-top stand is a heavy-duty and stable stand with precision ball-bearing XY movement, specially developed for the bench-top mounting of Optilia High Definition inspection cameras on working or inspection tables. W30x camera can be moved smoothly and precisely along the X- and Y-direction above the inspection object using this stand. An optional 4-directional tilt unit can be assembled in front of the stand boom to change the direction angle of the camera for side inspection of objects.
The stand is made of high-quality stainless steel and anodised aluminium parts and is safe for use in EPA environments.
The stand can be ordered with a lateral travel range of 400-900mm (sideways).
If not specified, the standard X-travel is 400mm.
