(1) Nail fold capillaroscopy using dedicated stand unit
Newly designed stand unit with superb image stabilizer function allows capillary observation of the nail fold in nearly a total stationary state.
Thus far, it has been difficult to observe nail fold capillaries in ultra-high magnifications because quality is easily affected by even the slightest movements at these high magnifications. However, the stand unit GOKO Bscan-Z facilitates “motionless observation” with its novel structure that keeps the camera and fingers stable.

The GOKO Bscan-Z can be used not only as “desktop capillaroscope” but also as a “handheld capillaroscope.” It is suited for enhanced magnified observation of capillaries over the whole body surface.
All you need to do is just touch the skin surface with the Focus cap of the GOKO Bscan-Z and turn magnification ring.
Because of its compact and handheld shape, the GOKO Bscan-Z is ideal for those with complaints like, “the camera weight compresses the capillaries”.
